# Privacy Policy

**PSWD does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Not the settings you enter, not the passwords it generates — nothing.**

## What the app does with your data

Everything PSWD does happens locally on your device. Passwords are generated on the device and are never sent anywhere. The app has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party services of any kind.

## iCloud sync

If you use preset sync, your password presets and working settings are stored in your own iCloud account using Apple's key-value storage, accessible only to you and to PSWD running on your devices. This data never passes through any server of mine, and it never includes generated passwords. Sync of the working settings can be turned off per device in the app's settings.

## Purchases

Optional tips are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I receive no personal information about you from a purchase.

## Apple's privacy label

PSWD's App Store privacy label is **Data Not Collected** — Apple's own designation for apps that collect no data linked or unlinked to you.
